Le navire pousse deux barges, qui peuvent transporter de 4 000 \u00e0 6 000 tonnes de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pour l&rsquo;alimentation du b\u00e9tail. L&rsquo;ensemble pousseur-barge mesure 176 m\u00e8tres de long. Les moteurs ont maintenant tourn\u00e9 pendant pr\u00e8s de 2 000 heures et le skipper\/propri\u00e9taire frison Gjalt van der Meer en est satisfait.   <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ce sont de beaux moteurs. J&rsquo;en suis tr\u00e8s satisfait, tout fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. C&rsquo;est essentiel, car nous travaillons jour apr\u00e8s jour et notre client veut \u00eatre s\u00fbr de la livraison. Cela signifie que nous avons besoin de moteurs durables et fiables   <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;il ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 un moteur d&rsquo;une autre marque et d&rsquo;un autre mod\u00e8le, M. Van der Meer et son partenaire commercial ont opt\u00e9 pour Yanmar.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Yanmar est une marque relativement peu connue dans le secteur de la navigation int\u00e9rieure, mais elle jouit depuis des ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;une excellente r\u00e9putation dans les secteurs maritime et r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif. Elle produit des moteurs \u00e0 vitesse moyenne pour la navigation maritime jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4 500 CV. Nos moteurs sont produits selon les m\u00eames normes de qualit\u00e9. De plus, Yanmar con\u00e7oit sp\u00e9cifiquement ces moteurs marins. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de moteurs de camions ou de tracteurs marinis\u00e9s. Nous n&rsquo;avions aucun doute quant \u00e0 leur fiabilit\u00e9. Les entreprises japonaises sont r\u00e9put\u00e9es pour la qualit\u00e9 de leurs produits. Lors du salon, nous en avons discut\u00e9 avec Hero Bouwman de Yanmar et il nous a donn\u00e9 un devis. Van der Meer. \u00ab\u00a0Le service apr\u00e8s-vente est ouvert 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, et ils veillent \u00e0 ce que les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es soient disponibles \u00e0 Almere en cas de panne. Le moteur est garanti un an. Une garantie plus longue aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9ciable, mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ces moteurs ne tombent pas en panne. Ils doivent fonctionner 50 000 heures sur dix ans, puis 25 000 \u00e0 30 000 heures de plus. Ils auront alors quinze ans et seront pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre remotoris\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb. Pour M. Van der Meer, la puissance des nouveaux moteurs est plus que suffisante. \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est m\u00eame un peu mieux que les deux moteurs V12 am\u00e9ricains qu&rsquo;ils ont remplac\u00e9s. L&rsquo;un des avantages est que ces Yanmar utilisent toujours l&rsquo;injection m\u00e9canique de carburant. Ce sont des moteurs sans pr\u00e9tention sur lesquels vous pouvez encore travailler vous-m\u00eame si une pi\u00e8ce doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e. De plus, le nombre de cylindres a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 par deux.      <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-consumption\"><br\/>Consommation<\/h2>\n\n<p>Les moteurs certifi\u00e9s CCR-2 sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de jauges de carburant sur les conduites d&rsquo;alimentation et de retour. Ces jauges permettent de suivre de pr\u00e8s la consommation, qui est surveill\u00e9e depuis la passerelle. \u00ab\u00a0Nous fonctionnons de la mani\u00e8re la plus \u00e9conomique possible, en adaptant notre vitesse en fonction de la consommation et de l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e souhait\u00e9e. Ils semblent moins gourmands que nos anciens moteurs, mais c&rsquo;est difficile \u00e0 dire, car la consommation d\u00e9pend de toutes sortes de facteurs.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Parfois, vous \u00eates face au vent ou \u00e0 contre-courant, et d&rsquo;autres fois, le vent ou le courant travaille pour vous. Mais ils sont efficaces\u00a0\u00bb. Lorsqu&rsquo;ils ont envisag\u00e9 de changer de moteur, ils ont discut\u00e9 d&rsquo;une installation hybride ou diesel-\u00e9lectrique. \u00ab\u00a0Mais cela s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 beaucoup plus co\u00fbteux. La diff\u00e9rence \u00e9tait vraiment trop importante\u00a0\u00bb, explique M. Van der Meer. Dans la salle des machines, le gasoil est achemin\u00e9 vers les moteurs \u00e0 travers un filtre centrifuge Alfa Laval. \u00ab\u00a0Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les plus petites particules de contaminants du gazole. Les anciens moteurs fonctionnaient encore et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus \u00e0 un acheteur en Afrique. Van der Meer explique : \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;installation s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sans probl\u00e8me. Il y a un puits au-dessus de la zone des moteurs o\u00f9 nous avons soulev\u00e9 les anciens moteurs, puis hiss\u00e9 les nouveaux. Les coupleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps. Ils proviennent maintenant de Kanzaki, une filiale de Yanmar, et ont une r\u00e9duction de 6,57, ce qui donne environ 280 tr\/min \u00e0 l&rsquo;arbre d&rsquo;h\u00e9lice, un bon r\u00e9gime pour un remorqueur-pousseur\u00a0\u00bb. Les h\u00e9lices ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9es, ce qui se traduit par un gain d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 notable.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Le moteur \u00e0 injection directe <a href=\"https:\/\/yanmarmarine.eu\/fr\/product\/moteur-de-propulsion\/6ay\/\">6AYM-WET<\/a> est \u00e9galement disponible en version \u00e9lectronique avec injection \u00e0 rampe commune, le 6AYEM-GT &amp; ET.
