Kapp Linné

Kapp Linné is a 51-metre fishing vessel currently being outfitted at Larsnes Mek. With a 12-metre beam, the vessel is designed for versatile operations, allowing operators to switch efficiently between different fisheries.

The vessel has two dedicated processing lines: a manual line for whitefish and a fully automated stun-and-bleed line for salmon. This dual setup enables quick changeovers between cod and salmon operations, enhancing vessel utilisation and maintaining stable crew employment. Kapp Linné is powered by a Yanmar 6EY26W main engine, delivering 1,620 kW at 750 rpm.
