Grampian Tweed
Grampian Tweed is the fourth service operation vessel (SOV) introduced to support the Dogger Bank Wind Farm. Operated by North Star, the hybrid-powered SOV provides essential logistical and safety support for wind farm operations, built on close collaboration across the project supply chain. The Grampian Tweed, built by Tersan Shipyard, is powered by four Yanmar 6EY22 engines, delivering a combined 1,370 kW (1,863 hp) at 1,000 rpm.
